Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all packages securely within the United States. To ensure the absolute safety of your high value luxury purchases, all shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $15.00

• Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout for orders of $1,000.00 and up

• Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): $40.00

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched.

Damages & Issues

MATHAM HOUSE fully insures all shipments during transit. If your purchased item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can file an insurance claim and assist you. 

Please note that transit insurance strictly covers damage to the purchased luxury product itself. Standard external shipping box wear or cosmetic damage to the outer cardboard shipping package does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund if the item inside is undamaged.
